The City Council of León, through the Department of Social Welfare directed by Vera López, has called a photography contest on good practices towards persons with disabilities. The deadline for submitting applications will remain open until November 18.

This initiative aims to help eliminate barriers and give visibility to all people with disabilities and contribute to their full integration into society.

All persons registered in the municipality of León from 18 years of age may participate. Three prizes have been established: the first endowed with 500 euros, the second prize with 300 euros and a third prize with an endowment of 200 euros.

To participate in the contest, the images must be original and cannot incorporate elements produced by other people. The photographs presented must not have been previously awarded in any other contest or contest.

The photos must be presented in a sealed envelope in the General Registry of the León City Council addressed to the Department of Social Services and Youth.
