Romania invests 16M Euro in school for children with disabilities

Romania’s Bihor County Council has invested over EUR 16 million on school campuses for children with disabilities. The local authorities will finance the investment from their funds.

The project includes the construction of 8 buildings with classrooms for primary school, secondary school and high school children, library, workshops, dormitory, canteen as well as medical facilities, a hydrotherapy pool, and a sports hall. The campus will also have animals for animal therapy, a vegetable garden, and an orchard.

“The idea of this project is to create an integrated structure for children with disabilities in Bihor county by developing a modern infrastructure and ensuring the optimal framework with all necessary facilities,” said Ioan Mang, vice president of the Bihor County Council, Ziarul Financiar reported.
