International workshop on inclusive education in Havana

Havana will host the International High School Workshop on Inclusive Education from June 19-23 with experts from many countries.

The theme of the workshop is ‘For an Inclusive Education,’ delegates from Angola, Brazil, Colombia, Equatorial Guinea, Mexico, Ecuador, Saint Lucia, the United States, and Uruguay, will debate ways to increase quality education for all.

The event is sponsored by the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO); the meeting will discuss equitable, inclusive, and quality education to achieve UN Agenda 2030.

The organizing committee said the Inclusive Education Workshop would help researchers, education specialists, and organizations in the sector to share their experiences and expertise.

The program also includes visits to educational centers and scientific institutions in Havana.
