Creating jobs for people with disabilities in Argentina

The National Transportation Regulation Commission (C.N.R.T) signed an agreement with the Municipality of General Pueyrredon focused on the labor inclusion of people with disabilities.

The CNRT, through its National Executive Director, José Ramón Arteaga and its local representative, Cristian Azcona, signed a collaboration act in adherence to an existing agreement between the National Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Social Development and the Human Rights Area of ​​the Municipality of General Pueyrredon, aimed at implementing a job placement program for people with disabilities.

The agreement is that the transport agency will supply the physical space of its offices in the Ferroautomotor Station so that people with disabilities, previously selected under the aforementioned agreement, carry out the tasks of caring for users of transport services of passengers, in particular the protection of the rights of the disabled in relation to said services.

Staff from the Nation’s Ministry of Labor also participated in the aforementioned meeting, as well as the Director of the Municipality’s Disability Office, Marcos Folgar.
