Workshop on inclusion of young people with disabilities in virtual employment and training

The Concordia Directorate of Employment and Labor Training is promoting labor inclusion for persons with disabilities through workshops in Uruguay. These workshops will be held through the Municipality virtual campus.

The new workshops were offered through teleconference. Three of them started in May, and in June, two more were added, seeking equal opportunities, including and integrating young people with disabilities.

With the workshops, young people will be able to acquire tools allowing them to improve their employment opportunities, think over the educational and work objectives of each one, and analyze experiences and knowledge required in the jobs demanded in our city.

Also, they get advice on the preparation of a Curriculum Vitae, an accompaniment to job interviews is carried out, and the primary knowledge of rights and obligations of workers is provided.
