This is a program launched to give employment to people who never work in their lives, providing online training in Paraguay.

In times of the COVID-19 pandemic, various sectors were affected in terms of jobs. Many lost theirs, others were suspended and others failed to get their first job. For many people, it is very difficult to access the first job, especially a certain disability, since there is very little inclusion.

In this regard, Enrique López Arce, Employment specialist, explained that in Paraguay there are people who never had an interview or who never worked because they have disabilities, and this is because in Paraguay there is still very little inclusion.

That is why they launched the First Job Program for People with Disabilities, which consists of helping all people who never work via a training by Zoom. REDI Consultant will be in charge of the program and will prepare participants for the interview and then they will all have interviews for their first job.

From that, the sponsor company would select one of the citizens who would have their his or her job for a month, with all the benefits of the law, minimum wage, 8 hours. In this way, after this experience, the citizen will have a strengthened CV and will already receive their first salary.

They announced the first vacation in a well-known restaurant and all those interested can send their CV to feriasdeempleosanr@gmail.com putting in the subject 1st Employment Person with Disability.
