Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD):
Ratified on November 30tt, 2011. It submitted it’s first State Party report to the Office of the High Commissioner of Human Rights (OHCHR) on January 3, 2017. The report can be read here – http://tbinternet.ohchr.org

Law on Disability (8/2016):
The Law on Disabilities (No. 8/2016) replaces the previous disability law (No. 4) of 1997 concerning persons with disabilities. Based on the spirit of the UNCRPD, the new aw views people with disabilities as equal members of society and talks about human rights, accessibility and employment.
