Disability Legislations and Policies
Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) – Ratified on September 6th, 2007. Cuba’s CRPD State Party reports submitted to the Office of the High Commissioner on Human Rights (OHCHR).
Constitution of Cuba – Articles 9, 47 and 49 of the Constitution mention persons with disabilities. A constitutional referendum which was held in February 2019 for a new constitution was approved.
