Equal Opportunities and Social Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities Act 2010 – In early 2010, following the ratification of the Convention and with a view to incorporating its standards and principles, the Equal Opportunities and Social Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities Act (Act No. 20.422) was passed.
