Help form future Disability Inclusion Action Plan

Help shape the future of Camden’s services and facilities for people with a disability across the area by taking part in Council’s 2022-2026 Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP) survey.

Council is working on the new plan to identify the needs and aspirations of People living with disability, their carers, community groups and government and non-government organisations in the Camden area.

As part of the review and development of the plan, residents will be consulted via a survey now live on Council’s website and focus group sessions in the near future.

“The results of the survey will form the basis of the DIAP for the next four years, so everyone’s voices and aspirations to make Camden a more inclusive and accessible place to live are important to Council,” a Council spokesperson said.

“Council is committed to building and maintaining strong links with our residents living with disability and their carers, so it is important to hear from the community via this survey.”

Survey respondents will automatically go into the running to win one of seven $100 gift vouchers, with winners to be chosen at random.

The survey is now live and will be online until Friday 7 January.
