The theme of this year’s edition is relevant to the coronavirus pandemic, which highlighted the importance of protecting the health and take a wide range of measures to ensure the health and welfare of citizens.

The competition winners will be announced by the end of March. A special ceremony will honour the first three places in each of the four areas of competition.
