80% of the GoodJob Foundation activity has become online and 20% face-to-face, explains César López García, general director of the GoodJob Foundation.

“From the selection process to guardianship, we have transformed it into an online format,” said García.

It is dedicated to carrying out activities in favor of the labor integration of people with disabilities. Everyone who passes through the Foundation passes through the unique employment center first but finally ends up in the staff.

They are currently looking for cybersecurity operators.

“You do not need cybersecurity knowledge, but you do need technological capabilities,” he added.
