According to Social Information Agency, in the Tyumen region, VORDI earned service support for families with children with disabilities.

The project will assist parents of children with disabilities and persons with disabilities over 18 years of age with mental and other disabilities who need to represent their interests.

The program “Formation of a system of social support and assistance to families raising children with disabilities and adults with mental disabilities who need to represent their interests” is implemented through a federal subsidy of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation.

Parents or legal representatives of a child with a disability or an adult with a disability can seek help from specialists.

Specialists of the social support service provide advice on the implementation of the rights of children with disabilities, background information on medical and social examination, the establishment and extension of disability, social protection, and rehabilitation. They also provide psychological, legal, and organizational support.
