The Live Baby Foundation is reformatting its work on the Social Taxi project in Yekaterinburg and Nizhny Tagil, during quarantine related to the coronavirus pandemic, Foundation’s president Yegor Bychkov said on his Facebook page. Assistance will be provided to people with disabilities and families with children with disabilities.

“In the confusion of quarantine days that knocked mankind out of the usual rut of life, families with children with disabilities and adult with disabilities who again were left alone with their misfortune, were out of sight. We are ready to offer them our help,” said Yegor Bychkov.

Volunteers will help people with disabilities and families with children with disabilities to buy the necessary products, medicines and essentials, take out the trash, and provide assistance with transportation. All services will be provided to them free of charge.

Families with children with disabilities, people with disabilities under the age of 35 years, people at risk (suffering from diabetes mellitus, bronchial asthma, chronic kidney disease, cancer, who have had a heart attack or stroke), can seek for help.
