The Moscow Marathon will take place on September 20, 2020 organized by the SMA Families charitable foundation and Roche. The race aims to support children and adults with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) and create awareness of spinal muscular atrophy.

More than 60 volunteers, including famous running bloggers, pilot-cosmonaut Sergei Ryazansky, and actor Aristarkh Venes, have already supported the charity run #running for two. They will cover the distance of 10 km or 42.2 km to help children and adults with SMA feel like participants in the most massive running competition in Russia through online broadcasting and receive a personalized medal of the Moscow Marathon.

You can support the action by sending an SMS with the word “SMA” and the amount of donation to the “SMA Families” Charitable Foundation to number 3443.

All funds will go to implementing the “SMA Clinic” project, the purpose of which is to support families faced with this diagnosis comprehensively.
