Today, Monday, May 25, starts the online course on assisting people with disabilities ‘The future of hotels: hosting accessibility and security’ within the Accessibilitas platform. Organized by the ONCE Foundation and the International Hotel Directors Circle.
The course on assisting for people with disabilities, addresses what assistance should be like in these establishments during the new opening phase, to continue fighting against the coronavirus without neglecting the needs of people with disabilities.
In the ‘new normality’, it will be necessary to implement new strategies and tackle actions aimed at gaining the trust of tourists, including certain groups (that of people with disabilities) so far forgotten, in order to reach the levels of which It has been enjoyed in the past, since tourism will play a very important role in the efforts carried out for the recovery of society in general.
